Payment is made via bank slip issued by Conéctar, centralizing all purchases made on the platform. If you have questions about deadlines or other financial matters, contact our team at this link.

Need an item you can't find on the platform? Let us know and we'll check availability with our suppliers to add it to your next purchase.

If a product arrives unfit for consumption or is not delivered at all, just let us know! We have two options for resolution:

- Replacement: If the supplier has the item available, we will schedule a delivery of the affected items at no additional cost.

- Conéctar Insurance: If you don't want or can't get a replacement, we'll apply a 120% discount on the value of the affected items in your purchase. For example: If you purchase R$100 and are missing R$20 in items, a R$24 discount will be applied.

After building your cart, you'll be able to see the price when selecting suppliers. At this stage, you can see the total value of your purchase and the price per item at each available distributor.

We're not distributors; Conéctar is a platform that facilitates the buying and selling process between fruits and vegetables distributors and businesses. Deliveries and invoices are handled by the chosen supplier.
